How much does it Cost?
There are several levels of home energy audit that are provided.
1., The Walk-Through audit that identifies the most important issues in your home affecting your comfort and energy costs. This is $199.00 special Spring Sale price for the Allegheny, Butler, Beaver, & Westmoreland County area.
It takes about an hour to an hour and a half to conduct.
2. The Whole-House audit that includes a computer analysis of your home’s energy efficiency performance. This includes a blower door test to determine the level of air infiltrating the home. It also includes a printed report demonstrating your home’s energy use and opportunities to improve comfort and reduce energy costs. This is available at $399.00 special Spring Sale price.
3. The EPA’S Home Energy Rating System (HERS) Home Energy Audit includes all of the above services along with a Ductblaster test and a HERS certificate with your home’s official HERS performance score. This service is available at the Spring Sale price of $599.00.
4. For businesses, religious and community buildings, a custom approach to each company can be done to tailor our services to best meet your needs and concerns. Business energy audits start at $499.00.
